Because we arrived a bit late, we received clear instructions for the self checkin. Everything was perfect, the apartment was modern, clean, and fully equipped. The location is conveniently close to the city center (a 10 minutes Uber ride which costed only about 4€). We would definitely come back here when visiting Cluj.

Located in Cluj-Napoca, Residence iL Lago is 800 metres from EXPO Transilvania. The Museum of Art of Cluj-Napoca is 2.9 km from the property. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The check in is seamless no matter the time of arrival . We had been using the hotel every time when visiting Cluj as it suits us , Clean , nice staff , close to lot of amenities We had to leave a day earlier and the host was very understanding and gave us credit for the day lost .

Everything is organised and everything you might need you will find it from cooking a quick meal to your baby or fresh or boiling water in the common area. Cleaning was top and comfort as well. We traveled with family and everyone was just enthusiast about the accommodation from the old parents to the small kids. The location is really central and very easy accessible. The property always available and very helpful. Great job and success.

We spent 4 nights as a family at Syndicate Lodging Aparthotel, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Communication with both the host and the Hilton DoubleTree reception was clear, prompt, and polite. New, spacious, beautiful and comfortable apartment with impeccable cleanliness. I was impressed by how attentive and considerate they were. We would appreciate the time, more than 6 hours, given before check in legaly time. The apartment itself was impeccably equipped, modern, and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, central, very quiet. A thoughtful holiday gesture was the complimentary access to the breakfast one day at Hilon DoubleTree, because the oven had a minor problem, located literally across the street. Apartment was even better than on the photos, it was brand new, super clean, spacious, very good equipped and the reception lady was super nice and helpful. Close to many restaurants and coffee shops.The price-to-quality ratio was outstanding, and from my point of view, there’s nothing that needs improving. Excellent communication with the staff, quick response, very helpful and professional. Beatrice and a Lady Manager from Hilotn DoubleTree were always there when we were in need for advice. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!
