Bloom Downtown Suites features accommodation within 300 metres of the centre of Cluj-Napoca, with free WiFi, and a kitchenette with a dishwasher, an oven and a toaster. We booked the apartment for a week and received clear instructions for entry with codes, both for the main door and the apartment itself. The apartment is amazing — absolutely perfect! Very spacious, everything is new and beautiful, modern and well-designed. There is a huge amount of space, both in the living room and the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern. We prepared meals all week and enjoyed cooking. There is also a coffee machine. The bathroom and shower are very comfortable and spacious. The beds are comfortable, there is a walk-in closet, and a large, beautiful dining area. The highlight was the heated floor — amazing! The apartment is very well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent and very fast. The owner and the staff are available, responsive, and answer every question, providing immediate solutions to any issue. There is a shopping center in the area, restaurants, and it is located in the middle of the Old City. Public transportation is nearby, and you can easily get anywhere in the city. We didn’t rent a car, so I can’t comment on parking. My children and I were very happy. This was the best apartment we’ve ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality — we hope to return one day.

We stayed for one night and were pleasantly upgraded to a suite. The hotel is modern, impeccably clean, and has a delightful fragrance. Our suite was spacious and luxurious, filled with natural light and complemented by thoughtful lighting. The manager was exceptionally kind and accommodating, allowing us a late check-out. We will definitely return on our next visit to Cluj.
