A barbecue is available for guests at the aparthotel to use. Superb location next to the beach. Parking was perfect for us. Natasha couldn't do enough for us and all staff were great. Hotel in a quiet part of the beach area at night but only a short walk from bars/restaurants and the evening entertainment, live bands at the Hollywood beach theatre. We will return.

The nearest airport is Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, 12 km from Alani Bay Condos. Ot was a beautiful flat with every detail has been thought. İt was a walk away from the center and very easy area without any noise. We stayed 4 nights and i felt like at home.

Chateau by the Sea is located in Cocoa Beach, directly on the oceanfront, and is just steps to the Cocoa Beach Pier. Kennedy Space Center is 18 km away. Chateau by the Sea offers accommodation with a heated year-round outdoor pool. Complimentary WiFi is provided. Staff was friendly, attentive. Location was great! Space was perfect!

Free private parking is available on site. I loved everything about this accommodation. The location, the size of our condo, the facilities. Absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely return. We arrived a few hours later than I had predicted and the reception lady stayed to hand over our key and show me where our accommodation was. Being right on the water was amazing. The walk to the beach was literally 4 minutes. We stayed 6 nights in Kissimmee and 6 nights here and I wish we had stayed longer in pompano beach and less time in Kissimmee!

A sun terrace can be found at the aparthotel, along with a garden. Everything was very clean and organized, Michael and Chuck were such sweathearts and very kind, super easy to get to the beach in about 5mins by car, nice community, everyones friendly, would go back anytime:)

The property is also opposite Sunny Isles Beach and located in the Ocean Reserve Resort. We just got back after spending a lovely week at Sunny Isles Beach. The apartment is clean, spacious, very well located (5 min walk to a lovely beach) and very well equipped, kitchen, living room, tv's, beach chairs and umbrellas, lovely balcony and plenty of towels. It had everything we need and more. Fantastic communication from the owner throughout our stay. The pool at the building is big and clean. Free parking!! Highly recommend

The apartments at Tropic Sun Towers include a balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and a seating area or living room with a sofa bed. A flat-screen TV is provided. Everything was great! My only complaint is that the pool and hot tub are currently down due to damage from a storm. I didn't know about this until I arrived and got settled.
