Apartments in Munich

A quiet, family-friendly part of town with nice houses, you can park your car on the street, but the underground garage is not expensive and is big enough for bigger cars. The accommodation also has an elevator, in case you carry suitcases from the garage to the apartment. The accommodation is as in the pictures, comfortable, clean, the yard is a big plus. There is a tram nearby that goes to the city center, and metro and train stations are not far away either. There is an excellent Greek restaurant nearby that serves large portions of food. Lidl, Edeka, Aldi, Mc Donalds, Burger King... are also a 10-15 minute walk away. Mr. Renners is very nice and helpful and will do his best to welcome you and make your stay as pleasant as possible (big greetings to you Stephan!). Would love to stay here again, highly recommended!

Stunning!!! The bar was the most gorgeous …. Loved the ambiance

I loved the spritz. Normally not seen in Western Europe, where dead trees are still used to resolve issues. Second, what we thought were usb connectors were not working. Turns out they were ethernet connections. Call resolved. But a few minutes later the technician returned with a charging brick and power adapter that resolved our charging issues. Above and beyond the call. I never meet the owner or top manager. But I didn't need to. His or her excellence was on full display in the front line workers. Well done.

I found the rooms to be exceptionally clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything I needed. The staff were very courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist when required. The owner himself was remarkably welcoming and personally ensured that guests felt comfortable and satisfied with their stay. When I encountered a minor issue with the washing machines, I was immediately offered a complimentary transfer to another hotel downtown to use their facilities, which I found to be an excellent and thoughtful solution.

The property is modern and well equipped. Loved the variety in breakfast. The staff was super nice and helpful.

- Location is easily reachable by subway - Edeka (grocery store) right next door - really nice neighborhood café nearby (can't miss it on the way from/to subway) - nice little apartment - big shower cabin - friendly personnel

Easy access to the Metro. Perfect for Family stays.

I liked that it was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and spoke nice English. The room was large enough for two adults and two kids. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. Bathroom was great. It was warm inside even though outside was -9 degrees centigrade.

What a lovely place with a close proximity to the train station. The neighborhood is peaceful but there are still good options with lots of supermarkets and some restaurants nearby.

I can't imagine how the area so clean and comfortable. The owner is very friendly. I will come again when I visit Munich again.
