The price made it a good value, and the friendly owner came to personally show us how to work the door lock (the door must be closed and magnets must make contact and the handle must be lifted). The renovated kitchen was nice, and the in-kitchen clothes washing machine came in handy. There was lots of sunshine to keep things bright during the day, and it was quiet and peaceful at night.
