Small cozy appartement which was completely adequate for a couple - Communication worked well, the owner responded fast and was nice. We had to write him when arriving, so he could hand over the keys. No problem speaking English only. - Kitchen consisting of: large fridge with free water, stove, electric kettle, microwave, pots and cutlery, coffee machine with free (at least I think so lol) coffee - Bathroom was completely fine with a small but sufficient shower and clean toilet and 2 towels per person - Located directly above RER station, which makes the trip to Gare du Nord quick and pleasant. Just be aware that the trains don't run at night. - A couch which transforms to a bed. It was clean and large enough for 2 persons. I'm 1.84m tall and haven't had any problems. Just don't drop anything below the mattress, it is quite tedious to get out again :D - The sound proofing of the windows is very good. I could hear some neighbors drilling, but it wasn't loud - The curtains black out any light, we had no trouble sleeping at daytime - Smart TV which worked, although it was quite laggy - Fast & reliable WiFi - Table with 2 chairs - Quite nice view outside the small window, you could even see the Eiffel Tower in the distance :D
