It's a quiet and safe little community. It's at the bottom floor, so that's very convenient. Maximilian is very helpful and checks up on us if we need anything. I messaged him very late at night coming from Genoa and he replied in no time. His instructions are very clear. Also the shower rooms are very big and modernized compareed to regular Italian shower rooms. Highly recommended.

Alessandro was amazing and came and picked me up at the airport. He gave me a lift to the property in his car and showed me around Elf house. It was a very pleasant experience. The Flat is great and has everything you need for a stay. Bathroom is clean and stocked with shampoos, large living space with kitchen, large double bed. I travelled end of July, and it was HOT!!!! Luckily, Elf house has air-con though the property to keep me cool! Great place, I would definitely stay again.
