Perfect communication with the person in charge (thank you, Raphael) who promptly and positively responded to any request sent prior or during the stay. Brand new apartment with all the necessary facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen; very clean, spacious and comfortable. Relatively quiet - the nearby road is not a problem at all, with hardly any traffic at night. Well-working wifi - the property record at Booking.com says "No internet access available", which is clearly a mistake. Possibility to order fresh bread for each morning (the order has to be made before 17 on the previous day). Highly convenient location, roughly halfway in the Schnalstal (Val Senales) at ca. 1300 m asl. Thus cool during the summer heat and within a short drive to the valley end in Kurzras with superb hiking opportunities, but also giving easy access to the attractions of Vinschgau (Val Venosta), Meran or Bozen. All concerned, a highly recommended place.
