The house was modern in design, plenty of space and the outside patio was of a great size too. Claudio went that extra mile to make our trip great. We didnt use the pool but it was very inviting!! Bus stop to Perugia a few minutes walk at 4 Euro rtn. Assisi was easy to travel to also. There were restaurants, a cake shop and local bars all within a 10-15 mins walk. Excellent stay

On a 1 to 10 scale this place was a 15!!! Beautiful villas set in the rural countryside with gardens and olive trees everywhere. The hosts were very helpful and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this place and we will be back!

The property is located just outside the hustle and bustle of city life. It was very spacious with ample parking and beautiful gardens. The outside area was lovely and gave everyone a relaxing space after a big day of sightseeing. Although we didn’t swim in the pool, it added to the relaxing atmosphere. Lovely stay, located 10 mins by car to Perugia and the airport. The highlights of this accomodation include the big terrace overlooking the vineyard, really good wi-fi and easy communication with the hosts. We arrived at around 3PM and all restaurants were closed. The host was kind enough to prepare a board with local cheese and meat selection as well as some bruschettas. That was highly appreciated.
