The location: located in a small village by the sea, it's super quiet and you can relax. The apartment is nice, with a terrace in the back so you can enjoy it with full privacy. The AC and the wifi worked great, the landlord is a great guy. And the view is simply amazing! You sleep well here, the bedroom can be complete darken and there is no noise. There are two restaurants nearby (Atlantic was awesome) and a small grocery store. We visited the beach near the parking, it's artifical so a bit hard to walk on but we enjoyed it since it wasn't crowded. Love the place! Would come back:))

Radovan and his mother are some of the sweetest people I met in my life, they ensure you have a great stay by showing you around and offering you coffee/drinks at many times. The location is amazing as it is so quiet but still only 5 minutes from rose (which is a lovely walk through a forest ending at a beach with a ship wreck right next to the main street). rose itself is such a picturesque little venetian style town, it is basically one street, so super relaxing. This place is like im in a novel. If you want a once in a lifetime experience, stay in rosé and specifically this place. This review describes what you will see but you need to experience it in real life to really understand how absolutely amazing this accomodation/town is

This is HEAVEN on earth! Peace, quiet, serenity, nature, incredible bedroom view, kayaking, swimming, fishing and the most beautiful private beach/water a couple of feet away. If you want to relax, rest and forget about the world and any/all your problems this is the place! I spent one week here with my father and we were crying the day we were leaving how incredible this place is and how difficult it was to leave and go back to reality. And probably the best part about this wonderful property is the owners. They are not on the property but they will come and help out with literally any problem you may have while bringing you wonderful fruits/wine etc. Simply AMAZING vacation

This was our second time with the lovely Biljana and her family and it did not disappoint. Pool is perfect (and was much needed in the heat), loungers and beanbags are plentiful and comfy, the views are stunning and you are surrounded by nature (you can even hear mountain jackals at night!). It really is the most beautiful location. And of course the owners are super friendly, attentive and kind. The road to and from the place is challenging (from other drivers, not so much the actual terrain) but this keeps it off the beaten track. So it does take a while to sightsee from here, but it's lovely to return to after a day out. Blue Horizon beach is well worth a day at - busy but large enough to feel uncrowded, and the shallow sandy beach is safe and perfect for water ball games. Rosa is nice but parking a nightmare and it's very pricey. Prices in general in Montenegro have leaped up since our last visit in 2018. Kotor is theoretically about 40 min drive but Kotor has become gridlocked with traffic, especially if cruise ships are in, and we were stuck in 20min+ traffic jams every time we went. I'd say just relax and take advantage of the beauty on your doorstep :-) Hvala once more Biljana & co 🥰 We hope to see you again, a little sooner than 5 years this time!

Milo was a fantastic host. He was helpful and communicative. The location was perfect, close to the beach and boardwalk . The apartment was nice and clean and with a large balcony overlooking the bay.
