Very kind and attentive host, we cannot praise her enough! Excellent location, very convenient spot in Merida. We come to the city often and have stayed at several places, from Airbnbs to motels to 4 star hotels, but none compare to the service, amenities and value of casa NE. The room was spacious and clean, we could not ask for anything else. 4 adults slept comfortably and we had no issues at all! This place is the best deal ever!

A bonus, was meeting the other tenants, mostly longer-term renters, at a weekly gathering with wine, beer, snacks ad great conversation in English, Spanish, and other accents/languages of the group. The apartment was a small unit, but had everything that I required: quiet, everything worked, air conditioning, power, kitchen appliances, the location is terrific for restaurants and shopping, and most importantly, Nelson (the owner/genl mgr) was incredibly helpful in every way possible -- even calling to make sure I was up early in the morning to catch my taxi. Nelson is also a college professor and I very much enjoyed talking with him about the history, the city, and life in-general. I will stay there anytime I'm in Merida!

The room presented all the things we needed, as well as tea, coffee and spices. Host and family is super nice and they have a pool you can use, there is a dog and cats. Would go back for sure!

A bicycle rental service is available at Suite Studio Serviced Apartments. The host is very nice, he let us switch to another unit after first night because of noise on the unit. What a difference that switching makes! He also helped us to get Uber when we were ready to leave for Bus Terminal.
