Our host George has been exceptional so far. He assisted us with directions before we arrived and met us with a smile to show us around the room and small spa facility which looks lovely, complete with jacuzzi, sauna, bathroom facilities and optional music. George also helped us out with ski hire from the shop next door, they provided a good price compared to other tourist trap ski hire shops. I would recommend not booking ski hire, etc online and speaking to your host at the apartments instead. He advised that we get the rechargeable ski pass which works out cheaper if you're here for a bit longer. He also gave us reccomendations for food and drink nearby and told us where to avoid. The room itself is lovely, massive windows let in loads of natural light. Comfortable bed. There's also a nice shared balcony overlooking the ski slopes, which brings me on to my next point. The location could not be any better, right across the road from the ski slopes with the ski hire shop right next door and countless food and drink spots within a stone's throw. There seem to be some negative reviews linked to the Google page for White Horse Apartments which are actually for a white horse restaurant which isn't operating anymore. Don't let it deter you. George was also telling us about the plans to further improve the amenities for the accommodation. I won't share the details but it will definitely be worth checking out. We've barely started our holiday here but already we know that we'll be back at some point. Edit after check out: tried to leave a tip for George's mum who cleans the rooms because we can be a bit messy and when we went to collect our bags I found the tip lying on top of the bags. Went to give it to George and they refused to accept it. If that doesn't say something then I don't know what does.

Amazing well designed apartment for 4 people, very comfortable beds (sofas and the double bed), best equipped with kitchen, all tools, dish-washer and coffee machine. Very warm atmosphere.

This is a perfect fit for 3 people. You can cook you own meals as the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, forks and everything you need. The room is nicely decorated and spacious enough. The details inside the apartment are amazing - you know how little things make you feel cozy and home. It is bigger in person than on the photos, my personal opinion, the terrace is magnificent! Love the flowers, the view is amazing, bed is sooooo comfortable 🤍 The owners are great people, warm and friendly. We will be back soon!

Com vista para o jardim, NICE STUDIO in "BOROVETS GARDENS" hotel conta com acomodação com varanda e cafeteira. Gate of Trajan fica a cerca de 42 km de distância. It was perfectly clean and comfortable. The bed was great, the pillows perfect (there are two kind od pillows). The heating was perfect for the weather condition. Hot water in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. There are 3 chairs in the dinning table and two on the balcony. Worth the money! We will come back for 3 time, I'm sure!
