This was the perfect stay for our first couple of nights in Switzerland. The ride there from Geneva had many scenic views. Since it is remote, it is much quieter than tourist destinations. We took a nap on the balcony our first day, falling asleep to the sound of the goats’ bells, and enjoyed the views during breakfast. Katja was a great hostess, welcoming us warmly to an incredibly clean home. She was knowledgeable and helpful, providing us with a binder of activities covered or discounted by the guest card. She even showed us the best spot to view the cow parade, giving us an up close experience without the crowds. Overall, if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and relax in a place that is untouched by tourism, this hidden gem will provide you with an authentic Swiss experience.

It truly felt like a home away from home, but even better. The rooms are very beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, which made cooking and spending time together very enjoyable. The living room is especially cozy, perfect for relaxing in the evenings — and we were pleasantly surprised to find board games, which we played together as a family. Those moments made our stay even more special and memorable. The atmosphere of the villa is calm, warm, and full of care for guests. You can really feel how much love and attention has been put into every detail. Everything we needed was there, and more. Thank you so much for your hospitality, kindness, and for creating such a beautiful place. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would 100% recommend Villa Epoka to anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and a special place to stay. Provided a city pass for public transport before arrival and directions to get to apartment from the station. Excellent stay!
