He was extremely communicative, making sure all my needs were met. The Apartment was lovely. It was spacious, airy and quite large, a duplex with the bedroom and lavatory on the 2nd floor and a full kitchen, siting area and a patio. It was easy to access the town center once I gave it a go. My time spent was super. I highly recommend considering staying here if you are visiting Santa Cruz. Thank you again Walter for all your amazing service and help!!

Very nice apartment, filtered water was great to have, AC was strong (very important here). It had all of the appliances we needed to enjoy our two week stay. Internet was fast. We also loved the outdoor patio. Huge! Also, the communication with the manager was great and we had weekly cleaning.

The owner (Jhonnatan) was highly responsive to all WhatsApp messages. The internet was stable and good, the shower was hot, the clothes washer was terrific, and the bed(s) were comfortable. Although about a mile from the center/port, it's an easy walk (or $2 taxi ride). There's a nice restaurant (Los Moros) literally across the street (close enough to get the home wifi while sitting in the restaurant), and there's an even better restaurant (Pinchos del Gato Mera) a few blocks away.
