He carried our suitcases to the apartment, spent time going over everything, and even shared his dining recommendations. The apartment is large! Its nicely decorated, spacious, clean, and even has an extra shower which was great so we didn't have to wait to clean up - especially important when you come back sweaty and sticky from the August heat

PaMar Downtown Apartments ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado en el centro de Split. New, well-equipped apartment. There are all the necessary household appliances for a long stay. Many towels, even beach towels. There are many useful little things that you don't always take with you on a trip, which are not always at home :-) . 10-15 minutes walk to the historical part of the city and the embankment. Public transport stops are nearby. We did not use a car or parking. There are many grocery stores nearby, fresh bread should be bought in bakeries (there are many). The hostess is very nice. She gave detailed instructions for checking in. She was very helpful with various information on everyday issues, excursions, beaches, etc. We had a wonderful 8 days here.

Everything about this place was perfect. The host was very kind, explained everything. Even answered our videocall when we had trouble with opening the door. The rooms are nice and clean. We each had our own complete bathroom with heated floors in the bathroom. The view is stunning. Kitchen had everything we needed. A bit of trouble with the dishwasher but it turned out ok. Despite it being a bit outside of Split (in Okrug Gornji, about 40 minutes away from Split), we found it was a very great location. The city is close to Trogir Old Town, there is a beach closeby (10-15 min walking distance from the place) and the city has lots of restaurants around and supermarkets. We loved our stay.

Incredibly clean and tidy. Right in the vicinity of the old city, just a few minutes walk to all the attractions of Split. Has a car park and great outside terrace area. Could not fault this property!
