All was perfectly clean and the staff was really nice (Ruth is incredible!)

Residenza Dell' Opera offers elegant room and apartments in the centre of Turin, within 1 km of Piazza Castello Square, the Royal Palace of Turin, and Madama Palace. Location couldn’t have been better. The staff were so helpful. I liked the room and the pictures were representative of what I actually was assigned. The bed was comfortable. The bedding was fresh crisp cotton. The pillows were perfect. The shower was small. No getting around that, BUT the water was hot and the pressure wonderful. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were quality. Love the scents. The towels are a reasonable size. And if you’re visiting for a while, the walk-in closet is civilized. The coffee pods were also quality. And I guess that’s the theme here. Simple, tasteful, quality. Oh and…The associated restaurant was fantastic.

Two balconies, one facing the lake. The great bonus was just opened pool that was not even listed among the services when booking. Especially the children enjoyed a lot:)
