Very well appointed new apartment. Everything worked well. Very clean and many nice gestures. Good parking on site and easy walk to Ponsonby shops and restaurants.

We appreciated the attention to detail, with lots of thoughtful touches to make the place welcoming and convenient. A little kitchenette and dining table complemented the very comfortable bedroom area, and we really liked the well-stocked little fenced-in/private garden viewed through a floor-to-ceiling window in the en-suite bathroom .. an unusual and clever feature! We enjoyed having this as our base while visiting relatives in Tauranga.

The house is beautiful and clean. Both rooms are spacious with their own ensuite bathrooms. Issac and Annie were very welcoming and made sure we had plenty of supplies. It is so much better than a hotel. We really love the apartment. Definitely our first choice when we visit Hamilton again.
