Coffee and Tea service and a nice bottle of wine were welcoming gifts. Penny provided fresh towels, clean bed linen and clean-up services regularly and inquired into our needs without intruding on our privacy. We were not on a holiday: we had come to South Africa because of a family medical emergency, and Penny provided the kind care we needed in difficult circumstances.
