From here, you'll board an elevator that will whisk you to the observatory at the top of the Palm Tower in 45 seconds. You'll have access to the viewing levels on both the 52nd and 54th floors, with incredible panoramas over the Palm Jumeirah island and Dubai's glittering metropolis.
