Famous for its unique Medieval History, traditions, and religious tolerance, Kruja is for instance one of the cities with the brightest past in Albania. Starting from the XI century it has always been a stronghold in countless wars. In addition, this day tour brings the best values of Kruja’s unique Old Bazaar, famous castle, and one of the holiest places in the country, the “Sari Salltik” cave, a center of Sufii ‘s from the 13th century.
Our second stop will be Bovilla Lake, located 20 Km from Tirana, leaving behind the historical city of Kruja. The first part of the tour will be reaching the lake in an approximately a 1-hour drive from the city.
