The Imperial Carriage Museum of Vienna houses carriages and vehicles used by the royal household of the Austrian Empire. Located in the Schönbrunn Palace, the museum boasts a collection of carriages once used by famous rulers such as Napoleon, Franz Joseph, Maria Theresia and others. The baroque Imperial Coach is the jewel of this museum. You will also get to see several state carriages, comfortable travelling coaches as well as the charming children's carriages used by the Habsburg princes and princesses. The SiSi Trail is another highlight of the museum, and it showcases the dresses, saddle and riding chapel of the empress of Vienna.

From 1 December to 14 March, opening hours are from 10:00 to 16:00.
