This tour takes place in the Salzkammergut region, known for its crystal clear lakes and impressive mountains. You'll stop at Gmunden to see the famous Orth Castle, located on an islet in Traunsee lake. The next stop will be at the World Heritage town of Hallstatt, known for its picturesque location next to Hallstätter See. You will get a chance to learn about the town during a 40-minute guided walk.
In the Hallstatt Ossuary, you'll learn about the unique collection of hand-painted skulls. If you join the tour in summer, you can wrap up your day with a boat ride on Hallstätter See followed by some free time.
