This relaxing public excursion sets out from the port of Punat and follows the coast of the island of Krk towards Stara Baška. It places an emphasis on swimming and snorkelling, with shorter boat passages and more time spent in the clear sea and sunbathing on some of the northern Adriatic’s most beautiful beaches. The route is ideal if you want to avoid crowded public shores. Along the way you’ll pass amazing bays that are accessible only by sea, including Fox bay, Bishop bay, Golden bay, Long bay and Cornels bay. The guide will select a few of these, often choosing spots where there are few other boats, and stop alongside the beach so you can take a swimming break. You may also pause to swim beside some sea caves. Most often there are two stops, but there may be three or just one, depending on your mood, the current situation in the bays, or weather conditions.

Join captain Toni and his son Borna for a day from the centre of Punat exploring Plavnik Island and the Wild Bays of Krk. Along the way you will visit the blue cave, admire the rare griffon vultures and swim in the small bays around the island. The boat’s pirate-ship styling creates a distinctive atmosphere and, if the winds are right, the crew will set the sails. Lunch is freshly prepared on the ship’s grill and served in Plavnik Island’s forest. You can choose fish, meat or vegetarian menus, with fish recommended by the crew. After lunch you will continue to the Wild Bays of Krk, accessible only by boat, and enjoy a final swim there. A pancake is served as dessert after that last swim while you cruise back to the port of Punat.

You will be taken to and returned from Košljun Island (the Monastery Island) by a taxi boat. On arrival you will come ashore at the small port and can explore this protected forest park, notable for its centuries-old holm oaks (Quercus ilex). The island’s compact 6 hectares support rich biodiversity, with as many as 389 plant species and 151 mushroom species recorded. As you move around the island you will find the Church of the Annunciation of Mary and the small church of St. Bernardin, together with three chapels and the Way of the Cross. The Nativity chapel, with its nativity scene first mentioned in 1651, is especially famous. Along the way you will encounter calm, historic spaces and varied natural areas that reflect the island’s religious and ecological heritage. At a family-owned winery on Krk Island, you’ll taste the island’s authentic flavours and learn how they come together. The experience begins with a guided cellar tour, where the hosts will explain production from vineyard to table. Along the way you’ll hear about the family’s heritage and the characteristics of local grape varieties, including the native Vrbnička Žlahtina. After the tour, you’ll take part in a guided tasting of seven distinctive local wines. Each wine is paired with a tasting menu that typically includes local cold meats, homemade cheese, artisan bread, olives and premium extra virgin olive oil. The tasting ends with a traditional cheesecake and a toast with local brandy, completing the culinary exploration of Krk’s food and drink.

It’s a good option if you are staying in the Kvarner bay area and its islands, in Istra or the Zagreb area. Along the way you will navigate seven short, light rapids that are manageable on your own and add moments of excitement. Between the rapids you may paddle at your own pace and pause for picnics or a swim. Water temperatures are often over 20 degrees, so a refreshing swim may be possible, and you may also stop to cool off at freshwater springs or waterfalls. Even if the water isn’t warm enough for swimming, the natural scenery and relaxed pace will make for an enjoyable time in nature.

This white-water rafting and kayaking trip runs along the upper Kupa River in Gorski Kotar (the Croatian highlands). The route is best in spring and autumn, when the water level reacts quickly to rainfall, so you can expect higher water after rain. The overall difficulty is easy–moderate, though sections may become very intense after heavy rain. The trip is suitable for school groups, sports groups, companies, families and couples. You will pass a roughly 7–10 km stretch about 15 km downstream from the river’s source, surrounded by handsome scenery and clear, colourful water. As you move through the rapids, the guides will select a good spot for a break that may include cliff jumping and swimming in the rapids. A photographer will follow the group and take pictures at the most interesting rapids; these photos will be sent to you by e‑mail afterwards. At the finish you can change into dry clothes before leaving the riverside.

Wakeboard Cable Krk is centred on a five‑corner cableway system with eight carriers, powered by an electric motor. The line runs 650 metres and typically moves at 30–32 km/h, a speed that is convenient for both beginners and more experienced riders. The five‑corner layout gives you different sections along the course to ride as you move through it. The site also features a Beach Pub where you can order hot and cold drinks, cocktails, fish and meat dishes, a variety of salads and their famous gourmet burgers. During your stay you can relax in the Beach Pub area, soak up the sun on the sun deck, or rest at the surrounding beaches.

On this day trip from Rijeka you'll visit Plitvice Lakes National Park and explore its 16 terraced lakes, linked by a series of waterfalls. The park's layered pools and cascading water offer plenty of scenic viewpoints as you move through its natural setting. Along the way you'll enjoy both a boat ride across the lakes and a panoramic train ride that give different perspectives of the landscape. You will meet your guide at the park entrance, get your ticket and receive the information needed to explore the area. You may choose from two suggested routes: the B‑route, about 4 kilometres, or the longer C‑route, about 8 kilometres. Both options include walking through the park, a boat tour and a panoramic train ride. After your time in the park you will rejoin your guide at the entrance and return to Rijeka.

Along the way, your guide will point out connections between the places you see and the tales you hear, helping you understand how the landscape and local history shaped the stories. This pottery experience gives you a hands-on view of how a ceramic piece is made. In a real working atmosphere with all materials and equipment at hand, you will work alongside a mentor at the pottery wheel and watch a pot take shape in your own hands. As you move through the process, you will get to know the different materials used and feel the clay’s texture while learning the basic wheel-throwing steps. Along the way, you will also try out handbuilding techniques, which offer a different, tactile approach to shaping clay. Your mentor will guide you step by step, so you can practise both wheel work and handbuilding in the same session. After the experience, you may decide to continue at home and make pottery a relaxing hobby.

This boat trip visits Plavnik, the second largest uninhabited island in Croatia. You will land on the island’s northern coast, where a series of small, hidden family beaches sit between rocky coves.
