You’ll see how he and the dogs work together and gain insight into family techniques and the practical side of hunting. Along the way, Margherita, a friend and an official tourist guide with a passion for truffles and local culture, will help and translate every part of the hunt. You’ll observe dog handling and training, hear about the tradition passed down through generations, and learn about the local truffle culture as the hunt is explained to you.
