DOLPHIN VISITING For over 10 years a pack of dolphins of the bottlenose species has been settled in the waters between Capo Figari and Golfo Aranci Near the island of Figarolo there is a fish farm, where, in huge cages, sea bass and sea bream are bred in large quantities. The presence of these fish attracts dolphins in search of food. Navigating near the island and the plant the chances of spotting dolphins are very high. The excursion takes place on board comfortable dinghies of 7.5 meters with a 250 horsepower engine, equipped with a awning to provide shade during stops. These include renowned spots such as Dottore beach, Capo Coda Cavallo and Capo Ceraso, along with the striking Isola Piana and Molara. On the north route, you’ll go to Cala Moresca and the islet of Figarolo, where dolphins are often spotted. You can get views of Capo Figari and Grotta della Madonnina. You'll have free time to explore the central landmarks, including Palazzo Comunale, and shop for local goods. After that, you'll head to the islands of Sparg and Santa Maria. You can even see local attractions like a 200-year-old bomb at the Town Hall or silver ornaments left at Santa Maria Church by the British Admiral Nelson.
