We will start from the Grotta di Tiberio adorned by the homonymous emperor with numerous marble sculptures depicting the exploits of Ulysses. We will continue along the ancient Via Flacca (187a.C.). We will admire the medieval towers dating back to 1500 and finally the marvelous natural limestone caves: the Bazzano caves, the Capovento caves and the most suggestive one, the Blue Grotto. Ready for the swim break? immerse yourself in its crystal clear waters! you can snorkel cooler and swim to the cave if you like ... it will be absolutely worth it! this moment of suggestion and relaxation will end only when we return to the harbour.

We take you by sea to discover the beauty of the Gulf of Gaeta, between Gaeta and Sperlonga. An exceptional, wonderful tour. Accompanying you on this experience is not just a job but a lifestyle. N.B.: the actual departure times are 9/11.15/14/16.15 and the tour lasts 2.15 hours. For site management reasons, departure is indicated at 9/11/14/16 San Felice Circeo offers a natural paradise waiting to be discovered with infinite caves. The mini-cruise is with our typical Gozzo and lasts approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. We will leave from Canale Sisto and with pleasant navigation we will arrive on the Circeo promontory crossing the port, the famous lighthouse up to Punta Rossa. It is the most fascinating itinerary of the Circeo National Park with around forty caves of particular beauty. The most important are the Grotta delle Capre, Grotta del Fossellone, Grotta dell'Impiso and many others. During the tour, if the weather/sea conditions allow it, there is the possibility of taking a nice swim in crystal clear water which is always welcomed by guests. N.B. The sun sets on the western beaches and a cool breeze rises from the waters of the sea, this is the most incredible time to hoist anchor and start our tour that skirts the medieval city. After a tour on the boat, we will stop in the Gulf to offer you an aperitif on the sea Having enjoyed the aperitif, while the sky turns red we prepare to return ... but the magic has just begun. The city lights up with a thousand colors that are reflected in the sea, and so another summer evening begins with its noise, its alleys and clubs that offer a lot of fun. Two really intense and exciting hours!

We will start from the Grotta di Tiberio adorned with numerous sculptures depicting the deeds of Ulysses. We will continue along the ancient Via Flacca (187a.C.). The show that offers the reserve of the Regional park of Ulisse, is amazing. UNIQUE experience, because I have a regular permit to access it.

We will leave from Gaeta, admiring the Aragonese Castle overlooking the sea. We will head towards the Regional Park of Monte Orlando, a place that will be able to offer surprising and enchanting sceneries. Unforgettable will be the glimpse of the cliffs, walls more than 80 meters high, which drop sheer into the sea and the imposing and evocative Grotta del Turco. At the extreme point of the promontory, the Sanctuary of Montagna Spaccata awaits us. Leaving behind the Gulf of Gaeta we will skirt the Regional Park of Monte Orlando, a place of considerable naturalistic, historical and religious interest. From our boat we take an exciting panoramic cruise, which after the Angevin-Aragonese Castle, follows the coast to the extreme point of the promontory: the Sanctuary of the Montagna Spaccata, with its characteristic chapel dedicated to the Holy Crucifix, built on an embedded rock between two cliffs and suspended over the deep blue sea. Unforgettable will be the glimpse of the cliffs, more than 50 meters high, which drop sheer to the sea and of the natural caves, including the imposing Grotta del Turco After the Serapo Beach, there is a small islet, its narrow and long shape resembles a ship, which is why it is called Nave di Serapo. For those who love snorkeling to explore the seabed, just dive in to become part of the underwater world ... it will undoubtedly be an unforgettable experience!

I'm Anna Maria Priora, an Italian licensed tour guide with a PhD in WWII history in Italy at the Humboldt University of Berlin. I will be happy to share with you the most important events of the 4 Battles of Cassino, but also the personal Veterans' stories! I will pick you up with my Italian Minivan at the train station of Cassino and we will cross Cassino new Town. We Will reach Trocchio Hill, to have a wonderful general view on the battlefield, then we will the stop next to the famous Rapido River, we will pay out respect to the local memorials and we will reach the Commonwealth War Cemetery of Cassino. At the end of the tour we will visit the Abbey of Monte Cassino on a WW2 point of view. The departure is preceded by an initial briefing in which the guide of the Rafting Center teaches the crew the simple management techniques and the essential precautions to ensure the safety of the participants in the descent. Last but not least, our guides illustrate historical, cultural and landscape information on the Cassino area and the Gari river along the way! The descent takes place in extreme safety, with the constant presence of the guides who accompany their crew throughout the almost 4 km long journey. At the end of the activity, the return to the headquarters is scheduled by shuttle service offered by the rafting center.

Departing from Manarola, while enjoying a welcome drink, you will sail through the entire Cinque Terre coast, to Riomaggiore and Punta Montenero which closes the southeast side of the wonderful Cinque Terre National Park. You will also have the chance to swim near the coast, diving into the clear waters of the Ligurian Sea. Once everyone is back on the boat, we will head to Punta Mesco, the most northwestern point of the National Park. From there you can admire the fascinating landscape made of lights and colors.

You might have heard the word “aperitivo” once or twice if you have Italian friends, and this is an Italian Aperitivo with Monte Cassino History and the Gustav Wine. I will serve you a finger food dinner of delicious local products with a unique experience in which I like to interact in order to exchange and offer historical information about Cassino, answer any questions and illustrate focal points regarding some sites of the battle of Cassino in WWII, with a lot of interesting maps and pictures and original information not easy to find in the classic tourist itinerary, wich give very different perspectives of the battlefield behind the Monastery of Monte Cassino.  Not only, this is a good opportunity to have a special wine taste of the Gustav Wine; a bottle of a unique wine of which I invented the label, inspired by the vines I saw growing, during my walks on the paths around Monte Cassino.
