The Archeological Site represents the evidence of the Toltec Empire's presence in the Queretaro area, an empire that culturally influence the whole Meso-American region for hundreds of years before the arrival of the Aztecs. You'll be able to understand the importance of the Toltec trade and cultural presence in the area, why and how we know about them, the work of the archeologist in the site, the presence and importance of the pyramid and the hacienda that owned it during the colonial times, and what happened to them during the 19 and 20th centuries. It is a unique opportunity to learn about the whole pre-Hispanic times history and culture in presence of one of the largest pyramids in Mexico.

Just relax and enjoy, this tour is designed so that you forget the stress of the city, all the traffic, and the noise, we will take you through the nature of the semi-desert, and you will marvel at the beautiful landscapes

Our classes will be taught by a certified un-Chef, with which they will travel through Mexico with the flavors that we will be tasting and the traditional techniques with which we will be working throughout the class. As we will try some drinks made with a liquor of Mexican origin from different regions of the country. Also during the class the chef instructor will explain the origin and use of the ingredients they cook, as well as part of the history of the dishes made with those ingredients. This is an experience for us to have dinner with friends, one of our main objectives is to meet them and that we can transmit our culture through our traditional food, which is a heritage of humanity.

This experience is logically to satisfy the most demanding, visiting places where we will simply observe the best in open fields, and cutting-edge facilities.

Our tour will continue beyond La Cruz as we explore the history around Plaza de Armas and Plaza Zenea where we will finish the tour with a taste of Oaxaca! You'll meet our beloved vendors and discover why we adore them, and their food! You'll watch your food being made up close and personal, have the opportunity to ask questions, learn about the ingredients and history of the cuisine they prepare, and you will eat, eat, eat! Summit in Peña de Bernal, Queretaro., Climbing and Rappelling (Beginners) Get to know the Third Largest Monolith in the World in a unique way.
