This tour from Portimão will give you the opportunity to explore the Benagil Cave – the biggest sea cave in Europe. You’ll embark on a boat ride for a glimpse of Carvoeiro Village. As you sail, you'll get scenic views of the Fort of Santa Catarina and the Castle of Ferragudo. Additionally, you can get glimpses of a picturesque fishing village on the way.

At the chosen time we'll meet at the San Francisco de Portimão dock and board a boat to sail off on our sunset tour. We'll spend one hour and half sailing the Atlantic Ocean as we head towards the famous Benagil Cave, one of the most fascinating places in this part of southern Portugal. Get your cameras ready! As night begins to fall, we'll marvel at a breathtaking sunset over the magnificent landscape. We'll also get to admire the Alfanzina Lighthouse as we approach Benagil Beach, one of the special places on the Algarve coast. Allocation of reserves is automatic. This 2.5-hour tour to Benagil Caves will give you the chance to experience one of the Algarve’s most iconic attraction. As you cruise along the Algarve coast, you’ll get a chance to look inside the rock formations of the cave. You’ll also get a chance to stop by a beach for a swim and there will be opportunities along the way to spot a few wild dolphins.

On this boat tour, you’ll have the chance to explore the caves and rock formations of Ponta da Piedade. After meeting your guide, you’ll head for Marina de Lagos and board your boat. You’ll then set off on an approximately one-hour boat ride, cruising along the coast to Ponta da Piedade. Upon arrival, you’ll be able to view the grottos, cliffs and rock formations of the location, accessible only from the sea. Along the way, you’ll also have the opportunity to see views of the region’s famous beaches.

This trip of around two hours and thirty minutes, departing from the Marina of Portimão, offers two magnificent experiences: the observation of cetaceans (dolphins and whales) and the observation of our Algarve coast with a visit to the famous Benagil Cave. To enhance your experience, we have a highly qualified marine biologist on board. On board our Hurricane vessel, our customers can experience the two most requested activities in the Algarve: Visiting the Benagil caves and Watching Dolphins in their natural habitat, accompanied by an experienced team: Skipper, Sailor and a Marine Biologist. Our team will show you the unique characteristics of the Benagil Caves Route and our Biologist will reveal all the curiosities about the different dolphin species that inhabit our Algarve waters. Our vessel is equipped with two engines with hydrojet propulsion, making it very safe for animals. Always in maximum safety and among other amenities, this vessel also has a toilet on board!
