With this ticket, you will get the chance to explore BallinStadt Emigration Museum and learn about the history of emigration and immigration of over four different periods.
You will see emigration halls where the life and experiences of more than five million emigrants comes to life in an interactive exhibition and more. You will also learn about Albert Ballin, the founder of the emigration halls and visit the family research centre. Kids can play an interactive game “Simmigrant”, which has hidden clues for children.

BallinStadt Museum is open Wednesday-Sunday from 10:00-16:30 (last visit 15:30).
Infants aged 0-4 years can join the tour for free. Please use the ticket option reduced for schoolchildren, students, trainees, pensioners, visitors with reduced mobility, and the unemployed.
Please note that the majority of the texts in the exhibition is in German language. Visitors can take hard copies in English, French and Polish free of charge from the front desk.
The audio stations at the exhibition are in German and English language.
Animals are not permitted in the exhibition rooms.
