During this lesson, you'll learn the basics of sailing in a relaxed environment. The session will take place on the open water, letting you experience the sense of freedom and joy of being out at sea with a sail up. The conditions may range from absolute calm to a fresh breeze, but you'll be able to go at your own pace and work as a team with others.

- Visitors must be at least 7 years old.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the activity starts.

Participants must be able to swim 50 metres unaided.
The minimum age for participating in this activity is seven years.
Sessions run in light rain and are only cancelled when the sea is unsafe.
Please bring swimwear, a towel, sun cream and drinking water.
All sailing gear is supplied.
