If you are in the greater Stuttgart area and keen on water sports but don’t have lakes nearby, the Neckar offers a convenient spot for Stand Up Paddling. The activity is easy to learn, relaxing and operates under fair-weather regulations. All courses are led by the owner and instructor, and English-speaking groups are welcome.
During the session you will be guided so that you become fit for your own tours with a board. Instruction focuses on getting you comfortable on the water and building the confidence needed to paddle independently. Along the way you may find that simply being on the water lifts your mood and brings real enjoyment, as many first-timers report. The overall tone is relaxed and practical, suitable whether you are new to paddleboarding or want to gain the skills to start heading out on your own.
