Being drawn is presented as a quiet, personal experience centred on you. You may pose naked, draped or dressed — whichever you prefer — and the session is meant to be a moment for yourself. You only need to feel comfortable with the idea of being drawn; the rest will be handled by the model and the artist.
The model will choose the pose, either freely or after taking some advice, and if it suits everyone involved the drawing will begin. Several drawing options are available: you can pick the medium or colour, for example pencil or sangine, and select a size such as 50 x 65 cm or smaller. Along the way you’ll be guided through the choice of pose and materials so the finished work reflects your preferences.
