This experience will give you the chance to gain an insight into winemaking at the Maison Zeyssolff wine cellar.
Starting with a guided tour of the premises, you’ll see the entire wine-making process and sample the estate’s wine paired with Kougelhopf (Alsatian brioche). You’ll also watch an immersive light show projected on 100-year-old oak barrels. Your host will tell you about the winery’s history and offer guests a bottle of wine during the tour.
You can round off the day with a visit to the Gingerbread Palace, where you’ll see creative displays and try Alsatian gingerbread snacks.
