In this 90-minute class, you will learn how to make macarons, a classic French confection. Located in the famous Galeries Lafayette department store in the central Opéra district, the class will be led by a professional French pastry chef.
You'll start by putting on a baker's apron and learning the steps involved in creating the delicate outer shell of the macaron. Next, you'll move on to the ganache filling, before assembling the layers. Once you've successfully finished making your macaron, you'll have time to eat your freshly-baked treat.
