This Sanctuary is a conservation project started by a family who purchased a hill slope and converted it into a forest. Visitors also come to see the unique, one of its kind rooftop garden with integrated rainwater harvesting system in India. You will explore various kinds of butterflies, birds and get to know about their lifecycle. This is a must-visit for nature lovers and photographers. You will also be pleased to taste the authentic Goan food here and a heavy breakfast and delicious lunch will make your day. While on the trail you can even ask our host if you wish to experience a cooking demo of Goan rural cuisine, art workshop, laughter club, treks, and botany.
