On this private tour, you will get to know the city of Fort Kochi and Mattancherry in one day and visit their main attractions with a local guide.
The tour will start after being picked up from your hotel in a tuk-tuk and driven to the centre of Fort Kochi. Here, you will start a stroll through the streets of the city and visit the church of St. Francis, one of the oldest European churches in the country and the first burial place of Vasco da Gama.
Next, you will be transferred to Mattancherry by auto rickshaw, tuk-tuk or local bus. In this town, you will head to discover the Basilica of Santa Cruz and the Mattancherry Palace or Dutch Palace, with its popular Kerala murals.
