With this tasting experience, you’ll get to visit Aceto Balsamico del Duca – a family-owned vinegar business that was founded in 1891.

During the tour of the vinegar factory, you’ll learn about the history of the business and the two different types of vinegar produced there – Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP. After facts and stories about the production process, you’ll get to try different types of balsamic vinegar, organic fruit jam and delicious Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.
