With this tasting experience, you’ll visit Aceto Balsamico del Duca, a family-owned vinegar business founded in 1891.
During the tour of the vinegar factory, you’ll learn about the history of the business and the two different types of vinegar produced there – Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP. After facts and stories about the production process, you’ll get to try five different types of balsamic vinegar. At the end of the tour, you will have the opportunity to purchase balsamic vinegar and other typical local products at the company shop.
