This full day tour will help you to dive into the culture and cuisine of Bologna and Emilia-Romagna. After pickup from Bologna and a 1-hour drive, you will dive deep into the world of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Guided by the producer's staff themselves, you'll witness the magic from cow to wheel. During the tasting, you will try different ages of locally produced Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Our next stop is a family farm producing Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. You'll have a guided tour to explore all the secrets of this world-famous black gold. Afterward, treat yourself to a food tasting, where you'll explore the perfect pairings of balsamic vinegar with local delicacies. After this, we will return to Bologna and head to a local's home, located not far from the ancient city walls. You will learn some typical Bolognese recipes passed down through generations during a 3-hours cooking class. At the end of the course, you will enjoy the prepared dishes with a good local wine.
