During this private cooking class, you'll have the chance to learn about the traditional cuisine of Parma and prepare local specialities.

You'll meet a Cesarina – a member of a local network of people passionate about Italian recipes – at their home, where you'll then be invited to cook an Italian meal together. Afterwards, you'll be able to enjoy the dishes you've prepared along with a selection of local red and white wines.
