Antonia Rastelli's agricultural company does
located at the highest point of the Municipality of
Sunsets on the Lattari Mountains. The family
Rastelli produces cheese every day,
with the milk of the cows from their own stable.
The family manages the entire process from
birth of calves up to milking and
processing of raw milk, and takes care of it
also marketing. There
tasting includes a visit to the farm,
the visit to the laboratory and the tasting
of dairy specialties including: scamorza,
caciotte, primo sale, burrini and caciocavalli
