This cooking class will introduce you to Italian pasta-making under expert guidance. You'll head to the home of an Italian local near Garda Lake where you'll learn how to prepare two pasta types, rolling out the fresh 'sfoglia' by hand. You'll also learn how to make tiramisu. Once your dishes are ready, you'll tuck into them, along with drinks and a tasting of regional delicacies.
