You will have the chance to visit the local market and traditional food shops with the Cesarina, followed by a cooking class at their home, where you can learn the secrets of La Spezia’s cuisine and how to recognise the best ingredients.
Afterwards, you'll have the option of a morning or afternoon private cooking class at the cook's home, where you can learn how to reproduce some of La Spezia’s local dishes for yourself. You can then enjoy a three-course meal, paired with a selection of local red and white wines.
