Take line vaporetto 3, 4.1, or 4.2 from Venice to Murano Da Mula stop (easy to spot, it's the stop right next to the green metal bridge in Murano).
Get off the ferryboat docks and immediately on your left you will find the entrance. The meeting point is at the front desk in the gallery!
