How to use the subtitle service:
After purchasing a ticket, please fill out the form and submit it at least three days before the show date. On the day of the performance, pick up the device at the subtitle service pickup location in the theatre 15 minutes before the show starts. Please note that a deposit of YEN 3000 in cash only and a valid ID will be required upon pickup.
