Unlock the traditional flavors of Kyoto through this cooking lesson!We will introduce how to make traditional plant-based Buddhist cuisine (Shojin Ryouri) using fresh, seasonal ingredients directly sourced from local farmers. Make fresh rice and miso soup from scratch, the traditional way! For those with a sweet tooth, our cooking menu includes instructions on how to make two flavors of Kyoto-style mochi, Yatsuhashi.
