Samburu National Reserve, located in the northern part of Kenya is a rich wildlife zone in Eastern Africa. Not only does this it allow you to see amazing African wildlife, but it also allows you to experience one of Kenya’s colorful tribes.
Mt. Kenya, Africa’s second highest peak is regarded as the realm of Ngai, god of the local Kikuyu people. Traditionally, all Kikuyu home were built to face this sacred peak. They call it Kirinyaga, or place of light.
Lake Nakuru provides the visitor with one of Kenya’s best known images. Thousands of flamingo, joined into a massive flock, fringe the shores of this soda lake. A pulsing pink swathe of life that carpets the water, the flamingo are a breathtaking sight.
