our tour is offered at the heart of a subtropical forest through private access and completely away from crowds. Following old trails left by our ancestors, we will arrive at the majestic Tanama River. Huge limestone formations and thousands of springs that surround the Tanama river walls will be our scenery as we hike during our excursion. During our trek, we will visit and explore the river banks, and caves while you are refreshing yourself at the Tanama River water. Immersed in our tour, interpretation, and story-telling will give you a more complete experience. After trekking through the river, we will retur tubing down the river in the calm waters until we reach more natural pools. We welcome you in exploring this hidden gem and offering you a locally rich and truly unique adventure.

Meet your guide at La Parguera Lajas, approximately a 2-hour drive from San Juan. From here, board a boat with a captain and head to the Bioluminescent Bay. Enjoy the views as your captain takes you to a prime location for the bioluminescent activity. We offer an intimate, family-friendly bioluminescence experience like no other. With small group sizes, personalized service, and a peaceful, uncrowded setting, you’ll enjoy the glowing waters up close without the rush. Rincón is also known as “the town of beautiful sunsets” and there is no better way to witness this magical and spectacular time than from the Katarina. A sunset cruise seems only natural for us! It is a beautiful and relaxing way to say farewell to another wonderful day in paradise. The beautiful colors of the sunset blend extraordinary well with the deep blue of the ocean. A perfect setting for taking unforgettable pictures, sharing a conversation and cocktails. The Sunset Cruise leaves at different times depending on the season. Generally we leave around 4:00-5:00 pm. We sail the West Coast of Rincón, as far north as the surf spot Rivermouth on the north coast of Rincón/Aguada border and as far south as Tres Hermanos beach in Añasco Bay. We sail past every surf spot in the Rincón area and can wave at friends we know. The view of the lighthouse is fantastic and the mountain view from the sea is a breathtaking experience. Enjoy this wonderful scenario while enjoying great music, hors d’oeuvres and soft drinks as well as Piña Colada, Rum Punch or Local Beer. We return to the mooring just after sunset and have the guests back on land shortly after.

This Adventure starts with a hike down a muddy, slippery and rocky trail to the river. We will arrive at the top of a cave and do a 250 ft long zipline that will take your breath away with the view. When we are all set we will hike upstream to a huge cave and then jump into the refreshing water. We will enter the caves and see some amazing water curtains and springs. At the exit of the second cave we do a small stop and you will have the option of submerging into the water to visit a secret cave. Then the guides will show you the best options for white water tubing. While you are white water tubing you will pass some rapids and also some amazing canons all the way until you get to the third and last cave. At the exit of this cave you will do a small climb and the hike back to the cars. Don't let the beautiful sights fool you. This adventure is for real adventurers and nature lovers only. Please do NOT daydream. If you are unsure if you qualify, you probably don't.

Known as fried fritter capitol Pinones is the go to destination for a local vibes , great music, cultural dance and delicious African Puerto Rican food. The tour starts at Centro Comunal de Piñones where we can see photos of Loiza, artifacts left behind from tainos natives, and African Puerto Rican Inspired art. After we will walk the board walk of Roberto Clemente / horse trail to a local bar where each guest will get a welcoming shot of Puerto Rican Rum and sample food. Participants in our tour group also have special drink offers with participation kiosk. Depending on the pace of group and the day of the tour,we aim to stop at 3-4 locations in pinones this includes walking the board walk and beach so please bring a bathing suit and towel. ( weekends it gets very busy in pinones which can limit the number of spots visited.)
