If you are using the hotel only as the pickup point, not staying at the hotel, please let us know.
For travelers staying at condominium/Airbnb/relative home should provide BOTH location name (eg. Building name, village) and address as Thai addresses are not easy to locate. Otherwise, providing local phone numbers is strongly recommended for smooth pickup.
