If you have a connecting flight and a few hours to spare, you’ll have the opportunity to make the most of your time on this tour of Istanbul’s top sights.
Your guide will pick you up at either Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gökçen International Airport and take you exploring the city aboard a minivan. You’ll get to see Hagia Sophia and learn about its turbulent history, as well as the chance to admire the nearby Blue Mosque with its iconic six minarets and rich tile decorations. You’ll relive the glory of the Roman Empire at the Hippodrome as well as sense the greatness of the Ottoman Empire at Topkapi Palace. You’ll be able to take in the Byzantine architecture of the underground Basilica Cistern and explore one of the world’s oldest and largest covered markets, the Grand Bazaar.
At the end of the tour, you’ll be accompanied back to the airport to continue your journey.
